Common resident.

Mines the leaves of Quercus spp. with larva feeding in October/November. In a mine similar to E. subbimaculella but larva does not make a slit in the mine, and head is reddish-brown.

Verification Grade Comment: Lack of underside epidermal slit must be shown

Mine: Either the leaf or a good photograph required
